There is a staff member on duty every day from 7am until 11pm. Reception desk serves as a hub for assistance to residents and visitors, answering phones, valet parking, mail and courier collection, laundry services and maintenance support.

It goes without saying that reception serves as first point of contact for assistance with any sort of Maintenance issues, lock-out from the apartments, sightseeing or taxi bookings or general enquiries. Residents are welcome to download the appropriate request forms from the ‘Download’ section of this website and present the completely filled form duly signed at the Front Desk.
